And so, one of Giddyup’s strong held principles is the formation of a strategic plan, including specific measurable goals, key time frames, strategies and the tasks involved in achieving outcomes. Workshopping the Plan with the Marketing team and other key stakeholders is a regular activity at Giddyup. At CEO and Board level the process is as important, to ensure the ability to manage Operations and improve the organisation over time, whatever the measurement.
