While ‘the best-laid plans of mice and men’ are said to ’often go awry’ there is no denying that a well thought out and documented plan provides the best starting point for any venture.  And so, one of Giddyup’s strong held principles is the formation of a strategic plan, including specific measurable goals, key time frames, strategies and the tasks involved in achieving outcomes.  Workshopping the Plan with the Marketing team and other key stakeholders is a regular activity at Giddyup.  At CEO and Board level the process is as important, to ensure the ability to manage Operations and improve the organisation over time, whatever the measurement.
